On 04/29/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Walton arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA introduced self and was greeted by the Administrator. LPA met with and disclosed the purpose of the visit to Administrator, Nicole Morehead. During today's inspection, LPA conducted a tour of the facility. LPA observed an adequate food supply. Residents observed to be watching TV, socializing and performing activities of daily living. Per Administrator, the facility does not have any staffing concerns at this time. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was discussed and provided to Administrator, Nicole Morehead, whose signature on this form confirms receipt of this document.
