Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shawna Doucette arrived at the facility to conduct an Annual Inspection. LPA was granted into the facility by Administrator Mukesh Patel. LPA toured the facility. The facility currently does not have any residents in care. LPA observed 4 bedrooms containing all required furniture. LPA observed the facility to be clean. Hot was was measured at 110 F. LPA observed common rooms have adequate furnishings and lighting. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were operating. Facility has a sprinkler system and a pull station fire alarm. Facility medication will be locked an a locked closet in the hall. Cleaning supplies are locked in a closet near the kitchen. Outside of the facility toured. Exits open free of obstruction. No outside hazards were observed. LPA observed a self latching gate. Facility has outdoor seating with shaded umbrella. LPA reviewed Administrator file. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
