What the inspector wrote

Allegation: Facility staff did not respond to residents’ call bell in a timely manner. Based on interviews facility response time to resident calls under ten minutes. Based on samples records review, resident call conducted on 01:34PM, was reset on 01:36PM. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted, report signed and copy of this report provided to administrator for facility records.
