Pre-licensing visit·November 4, 2025

On 11/04/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Medina arrived to conduct an announced Pre-Licensing inspection LPA introduced self, stated the purpose of the visit, and was granted entry to the facility. LPA met with Applicant, Gurbinder Sodhi to conduct follow up pre-licensing inspection. . Facility is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with no residents in care. Fire clearance has been approved for six (6) residents of which three (3) may be non-ambulatory. Pre-Licensing is complete with the following items that have been corrected since last visit on 10/28/25. Water temperature measured at 115 degrees F. Facility has seating and shade available for residents. Windows screens in place for bedrooms #2, bedroom #3, and kitchen window All miscellaneous items in back yard have been removed and holed have been filled. Exit gate from back yard is self-latching Pre-licensing is deficiencies have been resolved. Pre-Licensing is now complete.
