This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Resident #1 slipped and fell from their bed and sustained a humeral fracture to the left arm, bruising and swelling to the forearm and elbow on 2/16/25 and 911 was not called to assess the resident and transported to the hospital until 2/21/25, 5 days after the fall.
