Licensing Program Analyst(s) (LPA) Mary Flores conducted a case management visit regarding COVID guidance for reporting requirements. LPA Flores met with Maria Quizon administrator and explained the reason for the visit. On 1/4/22 Facility's administrator reported via fax COVID positive cases. Positive cases reported test result were collected on 12/31/21. Per Title 22 Regulations section 87211 (a)(2) Reporting Requirements - facility is to report a breakout within 24 hours of the incident. During this visit LPA Flores provided a technical violation and will email administrator PINs 21-40 and 21-53ASC regarding COVID guidance to be follow during a breakout. No deficiencies were given during this visit. Exit interview was conducted with Maria Quizon administrator and a copy of this report was provided.
