Staff do not meet the minimum qualifications required. On the allegation that staff do not meet the minimum qualifications required, the reporting parties concern is that staff#1 (S1) has no education and is not qualified to run a facility. To investigate the allegation, the LPA reviewed documents collected during the initial 10-day visit. The records indicate that S1 meets the minimum requirements by the department. The records include State Certification, background check and training required. Based on the documents review, the allegation that staff do not meet the minimum qualifications required, is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time. Exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report was issued.
