At 3:15 p.m. on 11/1/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicholas Reed conducted an announced case management visit. LPA met with Administrator and disclosed the reason for the visit. LPA and Administrator toured the facility inside and out. No immediate health or safety concerns were observed. LPA conducted today’s case management visit after the Woodland Hills-South Regional Office received an elder abuse report. The report alleged the sexual abuse of Resident #1 (R1) by Resident #2 (R2). LPA met with and interviewed R2 from 3:15 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. LPA did not interview R1. LPA will return when R1’s family can attend the interview. LPA interviewed the Administrator at 4:25 p.m. and discussed the personal rights of all parties involved. LPA conducted a record review at 4:55 p.m. During today's visit, the facility is in compliance with Title 22 regulations. No citations issued. Exit interview conducted. Copy of report provided.
