Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

her fur coat, a jacket and purses were missing. It should be noted that on tour of R1's room container to make coffee was inside the room and wasn't missing. There was no flashlight observed in the room. Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 and Chapter 8 is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.

This requirement has not been met as evidenced by: Resident #2's new pants were missing from her room which was confirmed by the Administrator in which it was not included in the residents personal property, or valuableswhich causes an Immediate Health safety Risk to residents in care.
