What the inspector wrote

(Continued from LIC9099) Then sometime on the first week of August it stopped working and a technician visited the facility again on August 5th, 2025 and placed an order for an AC part. According to text communication between the company and the licensee a technician will be out to the facility tomorrow, August 12th, 2025 between 8AM and 12PM to fix the AC. Interview with resident #1 (R1) and resident #2 (R2) stated not verbatim that they did not feel uncomfortable with the temperature in the facility. According to the licensee a portable swamp cooler was purchased for R3's bedroom. LPA Rios observed the portable unit in R3's bedroom and the facility's thermostat was observed inoperable.
