What the inspector wrote

On 03/28/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Regina Cloyd conducted an unannounced visit and met with Administrator Antonia Dionisio. The purpose of the visit was to investigate complaint 11-AS-20250311171006. During the visit, LPA Cloyd inquired about the type of activities she provides to the residents in care. The Administrator indicated that residents toss a ball for exercise and one resident likes to go outside to smoke. The Administrator showed LPA Cloyd a set of dominoes, art sketch board and art supplies, bingo, puzzles, and yarn for arts and crafts. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, technical assistance provided, and a copy of this report was discussed and provided to the Administrator Antonia Dionisio.
