What the inspector wrote

On 10/12/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Antonine Richard conducted an unannounced required 1 year visit and met with staff Nesto banpoc and later was joined by the Administrator, Rowena Carrillo and explained the purpose for todays visit. The facility is a single-story building in a residential area, with a kitchen, dining room, living room, den, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, backyard with shaded area. Fire extinguisher observed kitchen fully charged. There are smoke detectors/ Carbon monoxide located throughout the facility, tested and operational. Bedrooms have the required furniture including bedframes, dressers, lamps, and chairs. Beds have the required linen and the linen is in good condition. Passageways and exits are free of obstruction. LPA toured the kitchen and and observed 2 days of non-perishables and 7 days of perishables. The hot water temperature measured at 105.1 degrees F. The facility Infection control signs were observed throughout the facility. LPA observed a sufficient supply of PPE. Medications reviewed for all clients and appears to be given as prescribed. Last emergency disaster drill was conducted on conducted 09/21/2025. Report continued LIC809-C The backyard was observed to have storage materials and debris, the front yard contained an inoperable car. LPA observed two Fire Extinguishers fully charged and located one in the kitchen, the other one in the caregiver's room. There are smoke detectors/ Carbon monoxide located throughout the facility, tested and operational. The facility has an Emergency Disaster Plan posted with contact numbers in the front by the door. No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided to the Administrator Rowena Carrillo
