What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Cifuentes initiated a Case Management - Deficiencies visit to document deficiencies observed during the investigation of a complaint with complaint control number 11-AS-20220228091331. Today’s visit was conducted with Susana Fuentes, the facility administrator and the purpose of the visit was explained. LPA noted on 3/8/2022 that water temperature was 144.5F. During today's visit, LPA check the water temperature in 4 rooms, and noted the water temperature is between 130.2 and 135.9. Administrator immediately turned both of the facilities water heaters lower, called maintenance and the plumber. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 and Chapter 1 are being cited on the attached LIC809D. An exit interview was conducted and plans of Corrections were developed. A copy of this report and appeals rights were provided.
