What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst(s) (LPA) Mary Flores conducted a case management visit to follow up on COVID 19 guidelines. LPA Flores observed the following: Screening questionnaire and temperature check at front desk. Residents having lunch and sitting one per table and larger tables 2 residents per table. Staff providing meals and supervising. Signs are posted throughout the facility. Staff were observed disinfecting sign-in machine and table used by staff in the family room. No deficiencies were observed during this visit. Exit interview was conducted with Virginia Garcia Administrator and a copy of this report was provided.
