What the inspector wrote

On 11/17/23 LPA conducted a case management visit to issue citation observed during complaint investigation (Complaint control # 11-AS-20231114134358 ) as facility failed to report scabies case to community care licensing. Exit interview conducted with Resident Care Director Sidonia Cordis , appeals rights explained and a copy of this report was provided. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6 and Chapter 8 are being cited on the attached LIC 809D.
