Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Wendell Smith conducted an unannounced subsequent visit to this facility. LPA met with the administrator and explained the reason for this visit. LPA previously conducted a visit on 1/29/21 regarding the allegation above. It is alleged that resident #1 (R1) sustained a fall at the facility on 1/26/21 at night and pushed their call button and it took staff over thirty minutes to respond. LPA reviewed R1's facility file and conducted an interview with R1. LPA previously interviewed facility staff regarding this allegation. During the visit today LPA conducted interviews with staff and residents regarding this allegation. Information obtained through interviews reveal that residents feel that they are checked on in a timely manner. Therefore at this time this allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time.
