Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Wendell Smith conducted an unannounced subsequent visit to this facility. LPA met with the administrator and explained the reason for this visit. LPA previously made a visit regarding the allegations above on 1/27/21. Regarding the allegations above it is alleged that the facility has insufficient staff to meet resident's needs and that staff yell at resident's family while in the facility. LPA conducted a physical plant walk through of the facility and interviewed facility residents. LPA had previously spoke with the Long Term Care Ombudsman regarding the complaint allegations. Information obtained through interviews reveal that the facility has sufficient staff to meet resident's needs and that staff do not yell at resident's family while in the facility. Based on information obtained through interviews both allegations are deemed Unsubstantiated at this time. Exit Interview conducted.
