Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Tihesha Smith and Tuesday Cabiness made a Case Management visit to this facility on 10/06/22. LPAs met with Ann Solakyan at 10:15 am and explained the reason for this visit. LPAs conducted interview with administrator to obtain additional information per Legal Division recommendation for Case: 31-AS-20190723103029 Date:07/22/2019. Exit interview conducted/copy of report given.
