What the inspector wrote

On the above date, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christine Wong and Alberto Lopez conducted a case management due to visit to the above facility today. During the visit, LPAs toured the facility and observed the hot water temperature measured at Room#8, #16, #47, #49, #53, #55 between 120.5 to 128.3 degrees F which is beyond the required 105 - 120 degrees. According to the California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8), LPA observed the following deficiency and issued a citation. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the Facility Evaluation Report and Appeal Rights were provided to Administrator Nirjara Acharya

The requirement is not met as evidenced by: based on LPAs observation, LPA observed the hot water temperature was measured at Rm#8, #16, #47, #49, #53, #55 and #55 are beyond the required 105-120 degrees F which poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to residents in care.
