Staff stated there is a resident who is currently at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) who is always stating things are missing and that someone is stealing from the resident. Per interview with staff, they always assist the resident and help the resident look for missing items and they find them. Interviews with residents stated they have not had anything stolen from them. One (1) out of seven (7) residents stated they go in the residents room and the resident could tell they have gone through the residents items but they have not stolen anything from the resident. Based on LPA's interviews conducted, observations and records reviewed, investigation revealed: Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are unsubstantiated. No Deficiencies cited under California Code of Regulations Title 22. An exit Interview was conducted with the Administrator and a hardcopy was provided.
