What the inspector wrote

provided, and the facility submitted an addendum; in which the final date for R1 was accepted for 12/02/2021. According to documentation and interviews, R1 and R1’s attorney agreed to the final stipulation, and R1 was evidentially moved out on the agreed date. LPA also obtained a copy of R1's stipulation, and the facility had obtained an unlawful detainer, but decided to settle with R1. Therefore, based on documentation, and interviews conducted, the allegation “Illegal Eviction” is UNSUBSTANTIATED .
