What the inspector wrote

Allegation: Administrator offered unprescribed medication. It was alleged that Administrator had offered R1 viagra on several occasions. Administrator denied the allegation. Interview with 4 out of 5 residents denied the allegation, adding they've never been administered medication that wasn't prescribed. Interview with Administrator revealed that although administrator uses viagra for their own medical condition, they haven't offered any unprescribed medication to R1 and or any of the other residents. Administrator explained the severity of offering unpresecribed medication to any of the residents. Based on interviews, there is not enough information to verify the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report delivered.
