continued from 9099 It was alleged that Resident toileting needs are not being met, LPAs interview with residents revealed that most do not have any concerns with staff assisting them with their toileting needs. During the course of the investigation LPA observed Resident 1 (R1) request Staff 1 (S1) to use the bathroom. S1 went into the bedroom and assisted R1 into the bathroom and waited by the door until R1 requested S1 to return them to their room. Based on the information gathered during this and previous visits, the department does not have sufficient evidence to determine that resident toileting needs are not being met. Therefore the above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. Exit interview conducted. Report issued and sent via Email.
