What the inspector wrote

LPA Spaeth conducted an unannounced visit on 3/09/2023 and was greeted by the Administrator. LPA stated the purpose of the visit was to conduct a case management visit. LPA requested a list of residents who were under the age of 60 to determine if the residents needs are compatible with other residents in care and to determine if those requires require the same amount of care and supervision as do the other residents in the facility. Administrator provided a list of twenty four residents under the age of 60. LPA reviewed the fifteen resident files from 1:40 pm until 3:40 pm. LPA observed the residents' needs were compatible with the residents who require the same amount of care and supervision as do the other residents in the facility. LPA also reviewed eight additional resident files from 3:50 pm until 4:30 pm and observed the Physician's Report for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly were missing. Pursuant to Title 22 Division 6 of the CA Code of Regulations, a deficiency was cited (refer to LIC 809-D). Exit interview conducted, Appeal Rights discussed, and a copy of the report was issues to Administrator.
