Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tuesday Cabiness met with Executive Director (ED) Myla Belson and informed her the reason of the visit. On March 01, 2023, LPA contacted the complainant pertaining to the allegation mentioned above. It was revealed to LPA, that the records requested were no longer needed, and to retract the complaint. During today's visit, LPA interviewed the ED, who reported, that the records being requested were from an attorney's office, and there protocols and procedures, that if any attorney office requests, must be handled by the facility's corporate legal team, and they would communicate to the party that is requesting the documents. ED informed LPA, that she received an email from the attorney's office, that the documents requested are no longer needed. Therefore, based on interviews and documentation, the allegation is Unsubstantiated at this time.
