Pre-licensing visit·January 12, 2022

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patrick Shanahan conducted an announced Pre-Licensing visit to this facility and met with administrator, Lilit Stepanyan. Visit and Component III were conducted on this date. LPA Shanahan conducted an in person tour of the facility and utilized the RCFE Pre-licensing Inspection tool to review all eleven inspection domains. All smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and function properly. The fire extinguisher appeared new and functional. This home is technically an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No deficiencies or concerns were observed. This report will be sent to Centralized Application Bureau (CAB). You will be notified by the CAB Analyst when the license has been approved. You are not allowed to begin operating until you have been notified that your license has been approved by the CAB Analyst. Failure to comply could affect approval of your license.
