What the inspector wrote

A review of the letter sent to Resident #1 (R1) was dated in November 2023 stating that a rate increase would take effect February 2024 and provided a general reason for the increase. During interview with staff, Staff #1 (S1) stated they provided the letters to R1 more than 60-days in advance and explained the reason for the increase. All residents stated that they did receive the letter with a 60-day notice. Based on record reviews and interview, there is not enough information to verify the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. No health and safety hazards noted during the visit. Exit interview conducted. Copy of this report issued.
