Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zabel Chochian conducted a Case Management visit at the above facility at 11:30am to verify the relocation of Resident #1 (R1) to this facility and to confirm their health and safety following the transition. LPA met with Executive Director (ED) Narine Metkhanyan and explained the purpose for the visit. At approximately 11:45am, LPA Chochian and ED conducted a tour of the physical plant to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations, which included a tour of R1’s room. R1 was observed to be in the dining room. LPA met with R1 after lunch and reason for the visit was explained. R1 expressed being satisfied with the transfer and facility at this time. No immediate health or safety concerns were observed during the visit. Exit interview conducted. A copy of the report was provided.
