Pre-licensing visit·August 25, 2023

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LaQueena Lacy arrived at the facility on 08/25/2023 at 2:55pm to conduct a Pre-Licensing reinspection visit. LPA met with Administrator Marcos Villegas. Entrance interview conducted with the administrator and explained the purpose of today’s visit, is to inspect the facility and ensure compliance with rules and regulations California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6. At approximately 3:02pm between 3:28pm, LPA and the Administrator conducted an inspection of the facility emergency exits and delayed egress system. During the inspection four (04) out (04) exits equipped with delayed egress were tested and observed to be operational and function properly. LPA observed a 15 second display screen on each exit door. When pressed and held the 15 second timer begins a count down, throughout the countdown there is a loud announcement that staff personnel have been notified. Once the countdown is complete the door lock is released and access to outside is granted. LPA observed staff enter a key into the lock of the exit door to rest the delayed egress alarm and re-lock the exit door. During the inspection, LPA observed the receptionist desk where the control panel is housed for the delayed egress system. When the exit door is released, a light is illuminated on the panel to show which exit door triggered the alarm. The facility is currently in compliance with Title 22 Regulations at this time. "Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies."
