What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gary Tan conducted an unannounced complaint visit at this facility to investigate the above allegations. LPA met with Administrator Anush Arzumanyan and explained the reason for the visit. LPA conducted physical plant tour at 9:03 AM, requested copy of facility documents relevant to the investigation at 9:30 AM and interviewed residents and staff between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. It was alleged that staff gave Resident #1 (R1) old strawberries. LPA's interview with three (3) aware residents today between 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM revealed that they were never served rotten fruit or over ripe strawberry and the facility always serve healthy food and fresh fruit. LPA's observation during physical plant tour revealed that the facility has a lot of fresh fruits and vegetable in stock. Based on the information gathered during this visit. The allegation is deemed unsubstantiated at this time. Exit interview conducted. Cpy of this report issued.
