What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariana Agban conducted an unannounced continuation of the annual inspection. LPA met with Ovsanna Khayalyan and disclosed the reason for the visit. LPA reviewed Medication and Medication Records for proper documentation. LPA also reviewed 4 residents' files. LPA observed that Resident#3(R3) has full bedrails without hospice or physician orders. The administrator was advised that extend the entire length of the bed is prohibited except for residents who are currently receiving hospice care. The administrator removed R3's full bed rails. Exit Interview Conducted, citation issued and a Copy of the Report delivered.
