What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Spaeth conducted an unannounced visit and was greeted by the caregiver. The caregiver confirmed there are two residents. The Administrator Sona Galstyan arrived at 2:25 pm. LPA Spaeth stated the purpose of the visit was to tour the facility and review residents' files. LPA reviewed the residents' files at 2:30 pm until 2:50 pm. LPA Spaeth and the Administrator toured the facility at 3:30 pm until 3:35 pm. LPA observed the facility was neat and clean. There are no deficiencies to report at this time. Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was given.
