On 6/13/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Spaeth conducted a second announced pre-licensing visit and met with the Applicant, Sona Galstyan. On 5/15/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Spaeth conducted a pre-licensing visit and discussed with the applicant the following items that need to be removed from the property: a swing set and the rock landscape located in the front yard. The Licensee decided to completely remove the rock landscape. At 8:30 am, LPA toured the front yard and observed the swing set and the rock landscape were removed. This report will be forwarded to the Centralized Application Bureau (CAB). You will be notified by the CAB Analyst when your license has been approved.
