What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Spaeth conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA was greeted by the staff member. The Administrator arrived at 10:10 am. LPA Spaeth stated the purpose of the visit was to review the resident and staff files since the facility has a resident. LPA toured the facility with the staff member from 9:55 am until 10:15 am. LPA did not observe any safety or health issues. LPA reviewed the resident file at 10:30 am until 10:40 am and reviewed the staff files at 10:40 am until 11:00 am. LPA observed a staff member has not completed the CPR/First aid training. Based upon Title 22 Regulations, the following deficiency was cited (See 809-D). Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was given.
