During today’s visit, LPA was informed that request for a new Fire Clearance for five (5) Non-ambulatory and one (1) bedridden resident was already submitted to Sacramento Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) on 01/14/2026. Although the Plan of Correction (POC) was submitted and cleared, based on complaint reviews, the Substantiated findings shall remain the same. LPA reminded Mrs. Raskopina that the application for Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license for this location is currently pending, and no new residents shall be admitted at this time. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights explained and copy of this report signed and delivered.
