What the inspector wrote

At 10:00 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tihesha Smith and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Naira Margaryan conducted an announced pre-licensing visit for corrections. Purpose of today’s visit is to follow up on items identified during initial Prelicensing visit and to ensure that the facility is following rules and regulations of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6. The following was observed during this visit: Licensing staff inspected the area listed on facility sketch as storage. The area is an additional living quarter (tenant section) that has two (2) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom and a kitchenette. Licensee revealed additional living quarter and garage will not be part of the facility. The licensing staff advised that the additional area should be cordoned off /fenced off from the facility with approval from fire inspector and noted on facility sketch. Licensing staff also noted additional obstruction on side of building. 610E page 3 has been corrected but the following items are pending: Tenants and their personal items completely moved off the property Building/safety permits Fire inspector approval for cordoning/fencing off area not part of the facility Facility Sketch designations A copy of this report will be forwarded to the CAB specialist. Exit interview conducted /copy of report given.
