Pre-licensing visit·January 23, 2026

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariana Agban conducted a follow-up visit regarding the deficiency observed on December 22, 2025. During the pre-licensing visit, LPA observed that the pool fence did not prevent access to the pool from residents’ windows. During today’s visit, LPA observed that an additional fence had been installed around the entire perimeter of the pool. The fence was approximately five feet in height and was installed on the concrete-tiled deck. The fence sections were secured together using a latch system. The Administrator stated that the pool will be maintained in a clean condition to prevent any health and safety hazards. Based on the LPA’s observations, the pre-licensing deficiencies have been corrected. Pre-licensing is now complete. Exit interview conducted, copy of this report is provided.
