What the inspector wrote

This report serves as an amendment to report created on 3/25/2022 . This report supersedes the case management complaint investigation findings reflected on LIC 809 report created on 3/25/2022. On 3/25/22, at 3:52 pm, Licensing Program Analyst/ LPA Campos conducted a case management visit. LPA was allowed entry to the facility by Administrator Rukayat Adamson. LPA Campos explained to Ms. Adamson the purpose of the visit. According to the California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8), LPA did not observe deficiencies therefore no citations were issued at this time. Exit interview conducted with Administrator Adamson.
