On 1/22/2025, the department spoke with S1 regarding the allegation, S1 stated R1 was issued an eviction and did not leave so an unlawful detainer was filed. S1 stated the hearing was held late last year and a settlement agreement was reached. On 1/22/2025, LPA was unable to conduct interview with R1 as R1 refused interview. Based on the evidence gathered, interviews conducted, and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the Complaint Report was given to Business office manager Shiree McCutchen.
