Non-compliance follow-up·May 6, 2026

A Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) was held at the El Segundo Adult and Senior Care Program Regional Office on 5/6/26. Participants in this meeting included the following: Janae Hammond, Interim Regional Manager; Alfonso Iniguez, Licensing Program Analyst, Antonine Richards, Licensing Program Analyst, and Marylin Clanton, Licensee The purpose of this conference is to discuss the multiple substantiated unlicensed complaints investigations by the department. Based on the complaint investigations listed below, the Operator retained residents that required elements of care and supervision. The Licensees stated the following plans in order to bring the facility into compliance: · Licensee will cease, apply for a license, or relocate residents who require elements of care and supervision from all unlicensed properties by 05/08/2026.
