On 01/14/2026 the El Segundo Adult and Senior Care Program Regional Office conducted an office meeting with Oceanview Living of San Pedro representatives via conference call, present during the meeting was Regional Manager Benita Yates, Licensing Program Manager Ulysses Coronel, Licensing Program Manager Stephanie Cifuenes, Licensees Grace Mercado of 9 GEM ENTERPRISES LLC; Ben Berkowitz of OCEANVIEW LIVING OF ET AL, and Brian Dror owner of 9 GEM CAPITAL GROUP LLC. The following were discussed during the meeting: - Licensee’s status - The facility's compliance with Los Angeles Fire Department requirements as of Friday 01/16/2026. - Sober Living Community operating within the property. - Control of Property. - Change of Ownership status.
