What the inspector wrote

On 02/18/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Villegas conducted a case management Health Check visit. LPA met with Administrator, Maria Galvan as the purpose of the visit was explained. During the visit LPA collected and reviewed fire watch logs dated 02/05/2026 through 02/18/2026, record review revealed that fire watches have been conducted every hour by two staff members. Fire Watch logs are dated and document the start time, end time, conditions observed, issues noted if any, and are initialed by both staff members. No deficiencies were observed during the visit. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the Administrator Maria Galvan.

    The facility shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times. Maintenance shall include provision of maintenance services and procedures for the safety and well-being of residents, employees and visitors. Based on observation and interviews the conducted the right side of the sink in the 2nd floor kitchenette is clogged and draining slowly. This poses a potential health and safety risk to residents in care.
