This requirement was not met as evidence by: On 01/23/25 around 2:15 PM, LPA received partial records controlled medication count records for Residents #1 - 5 which poses a potential personal rights risk to residents in care. LPA did not receive medication administration records issued by the former Executive Director (S1).
