Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Galarza conducted an unannounced Required- 1 year visit using the full Care Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement (CARE) Tools. The purpose of the visit was explained to Administrator Nelida Arlante. The facility serves elderly residents 60 years and older. During today's visit 12 (CARE) tool domains were utilized during the inspection. The inspection, document review, and file review was completed. However, due to time constraints LPA will return at a later date to provide a complete report of today's visit and issue deficiencies. A technical advisory was issued addressing facility's signal system. Exit interview was conducted with Administrator Nelida Arlante. A copy of the report was issued.
