To the left of the facility, there is a alley that wraps around toward surrouding homes, and is permitered by landscaping, no trash or debris were observed, on the side of the facility. LPA observed Neighborhood trash cans, including the facility that are placed in the alley, for trash pick up. The alley is shared by other neighboring homes. LPA Interviewed Residents 1-4, and a residents visting family member, All generally stated that that they have not seen any loitering of trash, in or around the facility perimeters. Based on LPA observation, and interviews Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided. No citations were issued during this visit.
