What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gabriela Castro conducted a Case Management visit to conduct a Health and Safety check. LPA met with AJ Espino, Caregiver and explained the purpose of the visit. During today’s visit, LPA toured the facility with AJ Espino and observed the facility to be clean and in good repair. All indoor and outdoor passageways were observed to be free of obstruction. The facility had nonperishable food supplies sufficient for a minimum of one week and fresh perishable food supplies sufficient for a minimum of two days. Hot water was tested and measured within the regulatory standard of 105°F to 120°F. LPA did not observe any immediate health and safety concerns during today’s visit. An exit interview was conducted with , and a copy of this report was provided.
