On 10/27/2025, the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) – Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Socorro Leandro conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with the House Manager, Hillary B. Macute. The purpose of the visit was explained, and the LPA was allowed entry to the facility. The purpose of this visit is to update the facility sketch. The facility has added a detached staff bedroom. The facility garage has a laundry area, staff break room area, and a storage area. LPA will place updated facility sketch in facility folder. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was left with the House Manager, Hillary B. Macute.
