Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicol Wesley conducted a required 1 year visit. LPA met with Administrator Chanel Sanchez and Assistant Administrator Elizabeth Martinez to discussed the purpose of today’s visit. The facility property is a two story commercial building, licensed to serve 80 non-ambulatory residents ages 60 and above, of which 10 can be bedridden. The designated rooms for bedridden residents are rooms 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9, The facility has an approved hospice waiver for 30 residents. There are a total of 40 resident rooms. LPA toured the facility and visited medication room (health services office), hot water was tested measuring 112.4-113.3 degrees F. Administrator's certificate for Chanel Sanchez #6044357740 07/06/23. She is awaiting her new certificate, and has the canceled check all her paperwork in order. Due to time constraints, LPA Wesley will continue the required 1 year visit at a later date.
