What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Chan conducted a case management to issue a deficiency. LPA met with Staff, Andrea Oei, and explained the reason. During the tour of the facility today, LPA observed the common room next to the kitchen used as a resident room. There was a bed, recliner, chair, t.v., and dresser. LPA interviewed staff and residents who confirmed it belongs to a resident. A deficiency is being issued and a civil penalty is being assessed due to a repeated violation. An exit interview was held. A copy of this report and appeal rights are given to the staff.
