What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Trueman made an unannounced visit and was greeted by Staff Luz Macalisang and explained the reason for the visit. The purpose of the visit is to complete the required inspection. During the Annual Inspection the following deficiency was observed: 87303(a)- The facility shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times. Maintenance shall include provision of maintenance services and procedures for the safety and well-being of residents, employees and visitors. In the backyard area there were mattresses, bedsprings and a desk cluttering the backyard area causing it to be unsafe. Deficiency cited on 809 D.
